Our money-making commission splits include the option for "franchise-style" desk and office rental space for real estate agents that want to be on a 95% split. With the maximum split, you simply choose a furnished, locked office as your own, and be on your way to becoming the most successful agent you can be, and take home 95% of all your earnings, now!
Independent contractors with experience that hang their salesperson or associate broker licenses with New England Properties can also choose a more traditional earnings method, and receive 65-85% commission splits – to be determined by recent sales volume, annual gross intake, and/or shared expense structure. if you are experienced, we automatically start you at 65%! (New agent, low sales volumes, and team earning structures varies.) You can even personalize your earning structure with shared advertising, team development, desk rental options, and home office options, to maximize your earning potential!
For a 65% split with the house paying for your ads, you receive your own desk, and personal semi-private work space, phone-line, voice mail, and email address. For this split, you will need to have closed at least 10 previous transactions as the contact agent for either buyers or sellers, or have had a minimum of two years, full-time experience. All inquiring real estate agents must have a clean record with DBR, MLS, RIAR, NAR, and their local board.
BENEFACTOR BONUS PLAN
Become the Benefactor of other agents and earn 10% of what they earn! If you encourage other reputable agents to join our team, your bonus will be equivalent to 10% of everything they make for the entire time they work for New England Properties! (Established teams are considered one entity or agent). These bonus checks will enable you to live a little more comfortably, the way you deserve to! Your bonus will come from the New England Properties’ percentage not the agent’s. Upon retirement, you will receive 7% as you retire, and 3% will go to your family in the event of death.
